Animation director Olga Makarchuk has joined the NERD Productions talent roster. Renowned for her ability to blend traditional approaches with digital techniques, Olga loves to tell stories that are playful and bold. She is endlessly intrigued by possibilities of how animation can transform even the most complicated stories into something captivating.
Aside from her internationally recognised and award winning films Olga has directed films for The New York Times, Stripe, BBC, Greenpeace, School of Life and Oxford University Museums among others.
Olga said on joining the NERD, “I am super thrilled to join NERD’s roster and share the company of its super talented directors and artists. For me quite a major reason for joining was their impressive support of female directors, as well as passion for handcrafted animation and powerful stories!
